Welcome to FloDee. By downloading, accessing, or using the FloDee application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
FloDee grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could interrupt, damage, or impair the service provided by FloDee. If you use the Chat Channel panel to connect to other FloDee users, you agree not to transmit malicious code or engage in harassment.
All versions of FloDee are supported for 3 years with free updates and support. After a version's 3 years have expired, that version of FloDee is no longer supported aside from emergency patches.
The FloDee application itself does not integrate with any AI provider, and contains no analytics or telemetry. The application uses the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime solely to display the bundled Keyboard & Mouse Manual PDF in-app when you open it from a Help link — this only renders a local file and does not transmit your data anywhere. On the flodeeapp.com website, purchases are processed by PayPal, license-key emails are sent via SendGrid, and site traffic is measured with Google Analytics; your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall FloDee or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the application after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
