Real-time telemetry dashboards for iRacing, Assetto Corsa, ACC, Automobilista 2 & rFactor 2. A clean, customizable telemetry overlay from an independent developer who races too.
Monitor RPM, gear, speed, tire temps, fuel calculations, and lap timing β on your race screen, a second monitor, or floating inside your VR cockpit via OpenKneeboard.
Recorded straight from the headset — this is exactly what RaceVisor looks like from the driver's seat.
Real-time data from iRacing at 60 Hz β RPM, gear, speed, steering, throttle, and brake inputs.
Monitor tire temps, pressures, wear, and get accurate fuel consumption calculations for pit strategy.
Live driver standings with session gaps, delta-to-best, and full driver names β everything you need to stay sharp.
Float the dashboard in your VR cockpit with OpenKneeboard. Works with Quest 3, any SteamVR headset including Steam Frame in PC-VR mode, and any resolution. Place the panel without taking the headset off — the Kneeboard Position widget drives OpenKneeboard’s pose (left/right, height, distance, angles, size), with recenter on a wheel button and an optional follow-head mode.
40+ widgets, drag-and-drop layouts, per-widget opacity, any installed typeface, outline text for readability over bright liveries, a screen color dropper for team colors, 50 starter presets, and an Icon Bar that stays clickable while you race.
The Track Map learns each circuit from one clean lap. Opt in to share what you learn: every RaceVisor gets the shape, and the first driver to learn a track is credited forever as its Track Pioneer.
Launch multiple RaceVisor instances side by side β one overlay on the monitor, another in the headset, a third feeding OBS β each with its own layout.
A Window Portal shows any desktop window β browser, Discord, OBS, notes β live inside the dash, cropped or cut to any shape with a freehand mask (point a webcam at your desk and you have a keyboard cam). On Quest over Link, a Passthrough Portal shows the headset’s real cameras through a hole of any shape, via RaceVisor’s own OpenXR layer. A Pit Stop Planner measures your fuel per lap and says NO STOP NEEDED, PIT WINDOW OPEN or PIT THIS LAP with the litres to add. G-force bars sweep like a pedal bar, and Brake vs G puts the pedal beside the deceleration it produced, so a locking wheel shows as more pedal and less g, with Throttle vs G doing the same for wheelspin. Gradients run cold to hot, blue to red. Every widget rotates to any angle, bars take percentage marks and gradient fills, spotter lamps can be colour only, and a π² button builds a complete random layout for a discipline. The Radar turns a car behind amber when it is gaining and names the closing speed. Switch the Windows audio device and set per-app volumes from the Audio widget. Type per-track pit Notes on a drawn keyboard. Drive your music with Now Playing. Launch any app from the Icon Bar.
SteamVR's real frame timing in the cockpit: fps against your headset's refresh, GPU time against the frame budget, dropped and reprojected frames β with a one-line hint on what to turn down. Stop tuning graphics blind.
One box on the toolbar searches the manual, commands, widgets and presets with typo-tolerant ranking β type kneebord, get the kneeboard. Every widget and control has a hover tooltip, and one switch turns them all off. Plays back iRacing's own .ibt telemetry too.
No telemetry collection. No tracking. Runs 100% locally on your PC β the only thing that ever goes online is the opt-in track library. Private by design. Driver Chat (voice + text between RaceVisor users) is peer-to-peer with TLS encryption, a password that never crosses the wire, certificate pinning and brute-force lockout β the same layers as the author's JVNC remote desktop.
RaceVisor is telemetry software built for iRacing and grown to cover Assetto Corsa, ACC, Automobilista 2 and rFactor 2. Every feature exists because racers need it β RPM, fuel, tire temps, timing gaps, and full session data at your fingertips without cluttering your race screen or VR cockpit.
Built for performance and precision. Whether you're on a single monitor, triples, or floating in your VR headset via OpenKneeboard, RaceVisor delivers the data you need for faster laps and smarter pit strategy.
Written in C# on WPF (.NET 10), leveraging DirectX (Direct3D 11 / Direct2D) and the Windows platform directly β the overlay renders natively at up to 120 Hz,
reads the sim's shared-memory telemetry read-only, plays back iRacing's own .ibt telemetry files, and floats in VR through OpenKneeboard's official integration.
Editing that works in the headset. Visible resize handles, an adjustable grab zone, snapping with alignment guides, sticky drag, and a properties panel drawn inside the overlay β so you can rearrange your dash in VR without ever taking it off screen.
Honest, private, and free to use β no subscription, no per-track purchases, no tracking.
RaceVisor is light. If your PC runs iRacing comfortably, it runs RaceVisor at Nominal.
β οΈ Sim support beyond iRacing is in development and changing constantly until it stabilises.
Run your sim windowed or borderless.
Windows refuses to draw any overlay on top of a game in exclusive fullscreen —
RaceVisor keeps running and keeps reading telemetry, you simply cannot see it. This catches
almost everyone once. It does not apply in VR, where OpenKneeboard composites the dashboard
into the headset regardless.
